In 2005, global payment specialists Direct Debit Limited established the European Direct Debit Association (EDDA) to promote the interests of organisations in the European payments industry. EDDA is now a powerful network of more than 17,000 individuals from businesses, banks, clearing and settlement mechanisms and regulatory bodies.
The association has a remit to support this unique network and provide it with the latest news, information and opinion. EDDA's website, newsletter, conferences and webinars create a platform for the payments industry's important conversations.
In addition, EDDA is committed to bringing its members the latest opinions from thought leaders in the payments industry.
EDDA's primary goals are to:
- Encourage collaboration between the major players in the payments industry
- Provide members with the latest industry information
- Lead debate on the industry's key issues
EDDA places great emphasis on the voices and views of its members and encourages them to start conversations in the EDDA forum or submit opinion pieces for inclusion in EDDA's newsletter.
EDDA membership is free and it's easy to join. If you have something to say, register here and be heard.
