Gerry Hill,
Managing Director
Previously a Director of Cerg Finance in France, and with a number of senior executive positions under his belt, Gerry brings a wealth of payment industry experience to his role. Gerry was invited to join Direct Debit Ltd. in 1999 as Sales Director, and was appointed Managing Director in 2000 following the company's separation from Tech Pacific (Australia). Under his leadership the company has experienced sales growth of 300%. With a programme of continuous improvement in place, the company is well positioned for further growth.

Richard Blackett,
Commercial Director
Richard joined Direct Debit Ltd. in 1998. Prior to this Richard worked in Australia and held MIS and Marketing positions at Air Liquide in Melbourne. Richard's responsibilities included monthly financial analysis, reporting to the Paris head office and preparing the annual budget. Richard started his career at ANZ Banking Group Limited as an analyst in the group's treasury operations. Richard holds post-graduate diplomas in Computing from Monash University, Melbourne and in Business from the University of Melbourne.

Salih Mripa,
IT Director
Salih heads Direct Debit Ltd.'s software development team and is in charge of our IT function. Salih began his Software Engineering career at ZUNO (a Member of the Mitsubishi Banking Group) before joining Direct Debit Ltd.'s development team in 1998. He has been inspirational in designing and implementing our market leading systems and has also written several books on programming.
