For this market segment, we will often deliver solutions using a "building block", with a view to delivering an enterprise solution that will have the wider functionality of our core product for this segment.
The solutions we deliver will have all the necessary features that ensure full integration with existing legacy systems, meeting the needs of the largest of call centres for example or full enterprise-wide applications.
