Direct Debit expert (DDe) stands alone as a highly sophisticated, automated payments management solution that offers a fully scalable, functionality-rich package and delivers a wide range of benefits. To meet the needs of larger volume customers, requiring specific, customised technology, we have built an Application Programming Interface (API) version of our DDe-IP product.

The API can deliver the full functionality and benefits of the DDe-IP product whilst enabling operation by a number of users on a single application and interface. This provides a secure and functionality-rich tool ideal for environments such as call centres.

This API application is fully equipped with the wide range of sophisticated tools our customers expect from our professional products, including automated account validation and ID authentication services and fully automated online BACS messaging services.

Additionally, customers that require higher levels of organisation and systems management can opt to add Direct Debit Organiser DDO that provides a range of sophisticated modules to further extend the scope and automation of their DDe-IP package.
